📋 Description

• Support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, analyze supplier base and industry changes, and report findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Implement, coordinate and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs and ethics • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards and receive formal review and approval • Establish priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and project-specific personnel • Support development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
