📋 Description

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders regarding optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with sourcing professionals to achieve strategic outcomes • Partner with the Sourcing Leader to prioritize deliverables, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction • Participate with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, including supplier-base and industry-change analysis • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready form • Participate in and align strategic sourcing strategies within assigned categories • Lead and assist cross-functional teams through RFXs, data analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations • Provide expertise, instruction, and follow-up for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards and receive formal review and approval • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Support development, implementation, coordination, and communication of regional and national programs • Collaborate with Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management Operations • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and/or 5+ years strategic sourcing, supply chain or related experience • Excellent inter-personal skills and organization skills • Proven ability to support teams in decentralized environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience developing and negotiating supplier contracts • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate and determine optimal pricing structures • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office • Experience with Google Suite and AI applications and platforms preferred • Analytical mindset with experience maintaining 95%+ compliance rates • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, quality control, and compliance • Demonstrated ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately • Proactive, results-driven professional with strong initiative and consistent track record of achieving objectives • Ability to manage competing priorities • Reliable team contributor who maintains quality standards under demanding workloads • Customer-focused problem solver committed to timely issue resolution • Project management capabilities preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
