📋 Description

• Partner with Legal and IT to build and execute the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision for Legal Technology platforms • Establish shared prioritization frameworks and OKRs across concurrent workstreams • Own technical delivery and implementation of CLM, ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery, Legal Tracker, and DocuSign systems • Define enterprise integration strategy connecting legal systems with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and eSignature tooling • Shape long-range Legal Technology strategy, including build-vs-buy and vendor rationalization decisions • Set strategy and governance for AI-powered application development using Anthropic Claude and OpenAI APIs • Scale AI use cases from proof-of-concept to production, including contract review, document extraction, entity screening, and matter classification • Establish AI evaluation frameworks, quality thresholds, and responsible-use guardrails • Direct prioritization of automation opportunities and represent AI initiatives to executive and compliance stakeholders • Lead and develop Technical Analysts and staff augmentation partners • Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring and onboarding • Manage vendor relationships and contract performance • Serve as senior liaison between Legal and Corporate Systems leadership • Own executive status reporting, business cases, staffing proposals, and leadership presentations • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Legal Operations, Compliance, and IT • Own platform governance, access management, and audit readiness • Establish and monitor Level 2/3 support SLAs and drive root-cause resolution • Identify and champion process and automation improvements that reduce manual effort or improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of experience in technical product management, systems implementation, or platform ownership within a corporate legal, compliance, or enterprise technology environment • 2+ years leading a team • Experience owning a multi-platform product roadmap spanning legal technology, including Legal Tracker, Mitratech, Wolters Kluwer, or comparable matter management/eBilling systems • Experience directing CLM implementations such as Ironclad, Conga, Icertis, or ContractPodAi • Experience managing ServiceNow-based delivery, particularly the Legal Service Delivery module, including intake configuration, matter routing, and workflow automation • Deep experience directing AI-powered application development using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent, including governance and evaluation of production AI systems • Strong grasp of SQL and at least one scripting language; Python or JavaScript preferred • Familiarity with eSignature platforms, preferably DocuSign, and Salesforce • Experience leading teams that include staff augmentation or consulting partners • Systems thinking at a portfolio level • Executive-level written and verbal communication • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style • Comfort with ambiguity and change • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models • Proficiency in GitHub or equivalent portfolio and project tooling • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity is necessary
