📋 Description

• Lead team management and database support for the JREDD Asset Services platform • Implement and maintain metric-based dashboards and reporting systems • Oversee development, implementation, and configuration of Asset Services databases • Provide subject matter expertise for database and application issues • Develop and distribute training materials and coach end users on database functions and best practices • Manage QA/QC processes for collected data and provide feedback to frontline staff • Oversee Data Analytics team operations and develop databases supporting program implementations, value demonstration, and continuous improvement • Align with clients on strategic asset management direction and demonstrate program value • Develop use cases and build a use case library with Knowledge Management • Support new business development and pursue client growth opportunities • Drive implementation and continuous improvement for Asset Services solutions • Set strategic direction for Asset Services data requirements and objectives • Anticipate and lead issue resolution • Create and deploy visual reporting mechanisms for reliability initiatives • Identify standardized metrics for reliability and asset management efforts • Provide system training and develop end-user documentation • Troubleshoot end-user issues and assist with resolution • Create guides, SOPs, and manuals • Support workflow enhancements and changes • Review metrics and recommend process improvements • Manage SaaS vendor relationships • Assist with asset data gathering and validation • Connect asset data in CMMS platforms with FCA systems • Develop client-facing project tracking dashboards • Implement process improvements and engineering controls to enhance data quality • Use AI solutions to scale throughput and project deliverables while ensuring accuracy and accountability • Perform regular data quality checks and provide real-time feedback • Streamline data collection through upload into client CMMS, FCA, RCA, and other systems • Consult with potential clients to identify and shape Asset Services opportunities • Scope opportunities, negotiate and draft proposals, and manage opportunity revenue • Track progress against forecasted targets and ensure team profitability • Forecast resource needs for new business opportunities and account growth • Travel domestically, estimated at 25% • Perform other work as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS in a technical discipline required; Engineering or Computer Science preferred • 10 years’ experience in data management • Strong SQL and data visualization project skills • Proven ability to construct, perform, and oversee data analysis activities • Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability centered maintenance preferred • Proven ability to read, comprehend, and apply technical manuals and reference materials • CMMS, FCA, and/or RCA administration experience preferred • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate well in oral and written reports • Experience in business analysis, asset management, and risk analysis • Ability to make informed recommendations with incomplete data sets • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to balance multiple stakeholder requirements • Ability to interpret organizational goals and strategy into service or departmental activity • Strong analytical software skills and ability to accurately manipulate large amounts of data in different formats • Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and drive implementation • Ability to engage with senior-level client/team stakeholders • Ability to distill complex challenges clearly and concisely • Ability to work with a team to complete objectives • Experience driving and deploying large-scale initiatives and programs across varied people, assets, and geographies • Ability to identify, respond to, and resolve issues quickly • Demonstrated stakeholder influence and client relationship management skills • Solid problem-solving skills with strategic and tactical focus • Systematic approach and high attention to detail • Ability to work without direct supervision • Flexible and open-minded approach to work • Certified Reliability Leader certification preferred • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional certification preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 25%
