📋 Description

• Support the Managing Director and account teams in developing technology strategies across assigned data center accounts • Research and maintain platform and competitive intelligence to inform advisory recommendations • Identify whitespace opportunities and assist with sales and account leadership materials • Prepare client-ready deliverables, briefing materials, and business case drafts • Shadow and assist in client-facing meetings, developing toward independent client engagement • Track client sentiment signals and flag emerging risks or opportunities • Support renewal, expansion, and RFP efforts with research and positioning materials • Track and coordinate data center technology delivery issues, including implementation, UAT, integration, and change orders • Document root-cause patterns across accounts to support playbook development • Support technology risk tracking for go-lives and stabilization periods • Work with the Center of Excellence and Director of Product Management to build product capability fluency • Capture and relay client and market signals into the product roadmap process • Participate in Technology Advisory collaboration across verticals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data center infrastructure, DCIM/BMS/NOC technology, enterprise facilities technology, or related technology/consulting • Working knowledge of, or strong aptitude to quickly learn, DCIM platforms and data center operations technology • Knowledge of power, cooling, capacity planning, and asset management • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly materials • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable supporting meetings with account and client stakeholders • Eagerness to be mentored and grow into an independent client-facing advisory role • Exposure to corporate real estate, facilities management, or outsourced CRE service delivery preferred • Familiarity with JLL technology stack or comparable enterprise CRE/DCIM platforms preferred • Prior internship, rotational, or early-career product management/product owner experience preferred • Exposure to RFP response processes or technology-led sales pursuits preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
