📋 Description

• Lead the equipment service business for corporations in Greater South Chicago, surrounding areas and NW Indiana • Obtain expert knowledge of coffee machinery and equipment • Provide customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention • Perform scheduled service, proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management and emergency service requests • Manage equipment inventories, including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts • Document electronic invoices, customer information, reported quality issues and related activities • Drive and maintain a company service vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Reside within South Chicago, IL • Strong customer service skills • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and drive frequently • Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month through a rotational program • Entry level plumbing and electrical experience preferred
