📋 Description

• Provide key support to the East Pet Sales Team • Collaborate cross-functionally across the commercial organization • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting • Maintain internal and external systems and data • Assist with customer meeting preparation • Analyze key opportunities to help deliver sales targets • Develop, update, and interpret custom reports • Create and maintain merchandising planners • Assist with customer contracts, new item setup, cost changes, audits, deductions, and reclaims • Support promotional planning in the Trade Planning System • Develop new item presentations and evaluate business trends • Support annual business and joint planning processes • Manage customer system reporting and support data analysis • Understand customer KPIs and collaborate to meet retailer expectations • Coordinate pricing, promotion, and merchandising plan execution • Maintain the team's SharePoint site and calendars • Lead coordination for sales team business reviews • Support invoicing and payment processing • Prepare for market visits and internal/customer meetings • Support special projects, product samples, and office supply needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2 years of business experience (fulltime and/or internship experience) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated PowerPoint experience putting data and graphs into presentation ready formats • Strong desire to learn & succeed • Self-motivated, organized and ability to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse priorities • Excellent oral & written communication skills • Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience (additional) • Advanced Excel skillset (additional) • Co-Pilot (AI) business integration and usage experience (additional) • Desire to grow and develop in a future Sales and/or Commercialization role (additional)
