📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned implementations and own end-to-end delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop process flows, requirements, and program solutions enhancing patient, provider, and agent experiences • Ensure timely product development and implementation meeting PSC/PECS expectations • Collaborate with the PSC technology group to review system requirements • Facilitate discussions with operational teams to determine needs and deliver workflow-optimizing solutions • Define project scope and translate it into actionable tasks and schedules • Manage implementation processes, including progress tracking, problem resolution, system implementation, testing, documentation, and training • Lead cross-functional teams toward project goals while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction • Plan project meetings and drive accountability for deliverables • Update stakeholders on progress and manage expectations • Identify issues, explore solutions, and implement effective resolutions • Provide post-launch historical context to operational leadership and assist with change requests and program enhancements • Perform additional duties based on staffing and implementation needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HUB services implementation management, program management or operations management • Deep knowledge of patient support programs and patient access and affordability solutions, such as reimbursement services, free drug programs, and pharmacy services • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and successfully launch new process or technology enhancements • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with direct and indirect project teams • Ability to conceptualize, develop, implement and evaluate projects and processes • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Visio • Preferred: Advanced Degree • Preferred: Program or clinical experience in immunology and/or oncology • Preferred: Experience in medical benefits and infusion services
