📋 Description

• Advance the Company's sales of orthopedic surgical products through expert clinical and logistical support in hospitals and procedures • Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support • Serve as the sole Company representative for direct customer support during surgeries • Ensure proper equipment is available and functioning • Troubleshoot, apply independent judgment, and respond to physician needs and customer requests • Handle hospital billing and create/close purchase orders • Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams • Prepare sales reports and documents • Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation • Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets throughout the assigned area • Maintain promotional materials in presentable condition • Ensure DePuy Synthes services and offerings meet quality standards • Move instruments, implants, and equipment between Sales Consultants and hospitals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree + minimum of 3 years of professional experience OR Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR minimum of 7 years of professional experience • Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Ability to travel, including possible weekend and/or overnight travel • Residence in or ability to relocate to the assigned territory • Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience in data analysis • Ability to work independently and autonomously • Ability to work in complex working environments and team structures • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to understand, interpret, communicate, and work in complex environments • Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology • Basic knowledge of surgery • Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred
