📋 Description

• Provide a high level of clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers • Perform account development activities and create competent, confident clinical champions to drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes • Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant • Deliver education focused on building competence and gaining clinical support and confidence from physicians and clinical staff • Identify and act on educational opportunities • Provide exceptional customer service and technically complex case support • Liaise between customers and the corporate office for cases requiring peer review • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints or technical issues • Communicate regularly with peers to support strategic partnerships and account development objectives • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products • Deliver fellow and physician education programs • Develop professional education events tailored to each market • Comply with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and Monarch Sales Guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to work in all departments of the hospital, including the operating room environment • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare • Travel 50%–75% of the time within the designated territory • Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States • Ability to develop expert-level knowledge of commercially available Monarch products • Ability to deliver fellow and physician education programs • Commitment to compliance with HIPAA, Sunshine Act, Monarch Sales Guidelines, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
