📋 Description

• Own the product backlog for Sales CXM capabilities and align it with the Sales CXM strategy and roadmap • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and clear, testable, value-driven acceptance criteria • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility • Serve as primary product owner for assigned Agile Squads • Work with Scrum Masters, Developers, and XD partners • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Review and accept completed work against acceptance criteria and quality standards • Incorporate user feedback and adoption insights into backlog refinement and future enhancements • Partner with change management and training teams to support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement • Define and track success metrics for sales efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the sales experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, economics or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, sales force effectiveness or related roles • Experience in change management and business transformation, with a proven track record of enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency • Deep commercial background, preferably in sales and/or marketing • Robust understanding of customer needs and how to improve commercial effectiveness • Proven success leading initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements • Strong facilitation, leadership, and influencing skills • Comfortable working with senior leadership and diverse teams • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages • Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, process improvements, and productivity gains • Experience supporting large-scale transformation projects within sales-driven or customer-focused organizations • Proven leadership navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering tangible operational improvements • Cross-functional experience in Commercial or Clinical Support highly desirable
