📋 Description

• Identify product and process gaps and help lead enhancement efforts focused on clinical research • Collaborate with business owners and analysts to determine technology needs and translate them into system requirements and design specifications • Prepare requirements, analysis, process flow, design system documentation, user guides, and system administration procedures • Assist in creating standardized enterprise programmatic reports • Work with enterprise and site users to optimize software usage • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery • Provide tier 2 customer support to end users • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to implement features addressing customer needs • Support product design, release management, workflow optimization, onboarding initiatives, and support coordination • Work across departments throughout the product delivery cycle to meet project dates and complete deliverables • Collaboratively resolve service delivery and functionality issues with research solutions teams, vendors, support resources, and end users • Report progress and outcomes to senior management • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, prototypes, pilots, and MVPs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in product • Clinical research or healthcare industry experience • Hands-on experience building and iterating proof-of-concept solutions using AI tools • Experience contributing to ROI analysis for product or initiative evaluation • Experience with Agile, SDLC, and regulatory frameworks in clinical research and healthcare environments • Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as CTMS, Veeva Vault, SAP, ServiceNow, and SmartSolve • Functional familiarity with coding principles, AI agentic/automation tools, and APIs • Ability to independently configure and test solutions • Knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, process documentation, and business/data modeling aligned to 21 CFR Part 11 requirements • Working proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, and Smartsheets • Experience with requirements traceability and validation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Six Sigma certification preferred • Agile certification preferred • CPOA - IIBA Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis preferred • CBIP – Certified Business Intelligence Professional preferred
