📋 Description

• Design a unified performance framework with consistent goals, metrics, and channel-specific KPIs • Link performance metrics to pipeline health, portfolio value, and verifiable revenue forecasting • Drive consistent onboarding and training on growth strategy, fundraising fundamentals, and the Total Mission investment approach • Build shared playbooks and structured curricula for frontline fundraising staff • Support the transition from transactional event management to high-value relationship building • Enable managers to navigate specialized frontline roles and higher spans of control • Equip managers with coaching skills to guide teams, manage change fatigue, and drive pipeline velocity • Identify and drive Development Pillar culture attributes • Act as a change champion supporting staff alignment with the organizational vision • Partner with Development Pillar POD partners on industry benchmarking, recruiting and retention, and compensation architecture • Build the Development Pillar employer brand to attract specialized fundraising talent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 10+ years of progressive fundraising or sales leadership experience, preferably within a large, complex nonprofit or highly matrixed corporate sales environment • Background in talent management, organizational development, or sales enablement • Strong understanding of modern fundraising mechanics, including mass market acquisition, major gift portfolios, and campaign cycles • Proven experience navigating significant structural and cultural transitions • Ability to influence and partner effectively with C-suite executives, HR partners, and frontline staff • Ability to lead and scale a small, agile team • Occasional travel required
