📋 Description

• Responsible for a portfolio of projects, project teams, and client relationships • Drive project execution, financial performance, staffing, operational excellence, and leadership development • Support general leadership of the assigned market • Lead data center campus teams • Provide hands-on management support for individual projects • Manage overall budgets and subcontractor, vendor, and consultant budgets • Manage overall schedules and schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion • Perform quality control and ensure subcontractor compliance with contracted scope • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Review schedules, forecasts, risk profiles, and monthly project forecasts • Conduct portfolio health assessments and manage contingency exposure • Align resources across projects and drive change-order recovery • Ensure profitability objectives are achieved • Build executive-level relationships and resolve escalated client concerns • Participate in strategic planning and generate repeat business opportunities • Develop project managers and superintendents; identify future leaders • Conduct quarterly talent reviews and create succession plans • Standardize processes, implement lessons learned, improve project controls, and drive continuous improvement • Identify construction-progress conflicts and communicate them for resolution • Maintain daily written jobsite activity logs • Perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple jobsites when needed • Ensure deficiencies are corrected and monitor project activities through daily unit walks • Preside over weekly subcontractor coordination meetings • Issue non-compliance notices regarding quality or scheduling • Maintain clean and organized jobsites • Perform progress and completion punch-list identification and completion • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards • Complete other duties assigned by EverOn management
