📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and national rollout of nursing leadership development frameworks aligned with Ascension's long-term strategic goals • Lead strategic mentorship, succession planning, and continuous professional growth programs for nurse leaders • Partner with executive nursing leadership, HR, and multidisciplinary teams to identify future workforce trends, workforce shortages, and competency gaps • Design and execute operational goals aligned with Ascension's medical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards • Leverage data analytics, including NDNQI insights, to address clinical variations and minimize safety gaps • Champion evidence-based practices across Ascension • Ensure investments translate into measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and patient safety metrics • Collaborate with regulatory teams to support internal and external regulatory audits • Synthesize national clinical standards and evidence-based research into enterprise nursing operations • Empower nursing teams across all ministries to reduce clinical variation

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required • American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted • Master's degree in nursing required • Experience in nursing leadership to support a high-impact nursing operations framework • Proven success leading evidence-based nursing and patient safety initiatives • Doctorate preferred
