📋 Description

• Design and execute the enterprise customer data roadmap • Establish standards for data quality, safety, and regulatory privacy compliance • Oversee research on customer behavior, market trends, and purchasing habits • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to integrate insights into product launches, acquisition strategies, and marketing campaigns • Oversee development of internal tools, data catalogs, and self-service dashboards • Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and scientists • Translate complex technical concepts and metrics into strategic recommendations for non-technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, market research, or data management • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct team management role • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and advanced SQL • Experience with enterprise BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Proven track record navigating regulatory privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA • Professional verbal and written English communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field • Ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly to non-design executives, engineering leads, and business stakeholders
