📋 Description

• Manage, coach, train, and develop a team of 5–7 philanthropy managers, each holding a portfolio of 500+ donors • Lead the overall team goal of approximately $9 million • Ensure exceptional moves management protocols are implemented across portfolios • Manage a personal caseload of 150–200 donors to increase giving and convert qualified donors into major gift donors • Identify prospects and strategically target donors for personal visits • Advance annual donors through the donor pipeline and transition qualified donors into major gift portfolios • Create and implement donor cultivation and solicitation strategies with senior philanthropy leaders • Develop an annual, customizable donor touchpoint calendar • Track process activity in CRM and monitor success • Ensure donor records are accurate and complete

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Two years of experience with staff management and team leadership preferred • Minimum of three years of fundraising experience within a fast-paced environment preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Excellent time management and computer skills required • Strong working knowledge of the moves management process • Sales management and development campaign experience highly desirable • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Ability to partner with team members and mentor new team members • Ability to establish collegial, effective working relationships • One in-person meeting a year
