📋 Description

• Execute all pre-screens and high-volume interviews to make on-the-spot hiring decisions. • Provide candidate feedback in offer decision. • Regularly collect feedback on hiring process and recent cohorts. • Create job postings, and screen applications to meet SLA’s. • Provide a consistent outstanding candidate experience through all interactions. • Collaborate with Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Manager to identify upcoming hiring needs. • Provide accurate data for reporting updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 1-2 years’ experience in a Talent Attraction or similar role supporting high-volume recruitment. • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. • Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (Workday experience is a plus). • Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and timely records. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
