📋 Description

• Develop enterprise-wide end-to-end contract management capabilities • Transform the enterprise contracting process • Lead planning, management, and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and functional rollouts • Partner with executive sponsors and the Steering Committee to ensure compliance with contract management policies and processes • Lead testing activities for new rollouts • Oversee post-rollout CLM technology stabilization and transition • Manage specialists performing demand management, contract management, reporting and analytics, and vendor management • Oversee development and reassessment of contracting processes, tools, systems, training materials, and policies • Drive continuous improvement in performance metrics, programs, processes, systems, and innovations • Resolve systemic process, technology, program, and cross-functional issues • Lead consistent contracting process execution across the organization • Lead change management efforts and integrate CLM into business-unit decision-making • Establish and communicate process mission, goals, and objectives • Provide input on performance metrics, target levels, and transformation-project prioritization • Report program effectiveness, key metrics, and process maturity to senior management • Collaborate with executive sponsors, business leaders, legal teams, supply chain professionals, and operational stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required) • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in contract management, procurement, supply chain, legal operations, business operations, healthcare administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience (required) • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (required) • Critical thinking • Interpersonal communication • Mentoring skills • Office administration • Ability to work independently • Must comply with organization policies and procedures
