📋 Description

• Provide care to patients and recognize, diagnose, and treat injuries and/or illnesses • Examine patients and take medical histories • Prescribe medications and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests • Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare • Provide treatment through preventative measures, drugs, and surgery • Perform inpatient/consult liaison psychiatry duties • Interview patients to obtain symptoms, medical histories, and family histories • Diagnose conditions and design treatment plans • Prepare, maintain, and review patient records including histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and outcomes • Comply with job-specific obligations and organizational policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral Degree (Required) • Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania • Patient Care And Procedural Skills • Professional Etiquette • Systems-Based Practice • Ability to provide psychiatric inpatient/consult liaison care • Ability to interview patients and obtain symptoms, medical histories, and family histories • Ability to perform and/or interpret diagnostic tests • Ability to diagnose injuries and/or illnesses and design treatment plans • Ability to prescribe or administer medications • Ability to prepare, maintain, and review patient records
