📋 Description

• Provide leadership and/or technical oversight of an assigned Information Technology segment • Create and roll out policies and procedures for the assigned IT segment • Serve as point of contact and maintain full accountability for redundancy and reliability of the assigned IT segment • Identify best practices for IT segment service offerings • Maintain in-depth knowledge of departmental workflows • Manage vendors, including contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, release updates, issue lists, and new product evaluations • Review the work of lower-level personnel • Perform personnel reviews and evaluations for salary administration, training, and promotion • Prepare periodic departmental budgets and monitor adherence • Monitor compliance with Information Systems procedures and policies and report findings to IT leadership • Present issues and concerns to IT leadership with potential solutions when appropriate • Develop and implement Information Technology strategies with departmental and division management • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, including productivity standards • Develop and administer the IT budget for the responsible area • Manage spending to allocated funds

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required) • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (Required); relevant experience may combine related work experience and degree obtained • Minimum of 2 years managing people, processes, or projects (Required) • Interpersonal Communication • IT Project Planning And Organization • Leadership • Problem Management
