📋 Description

• Convert roadmap intent into a sequenced, capacity-aware multi-team planning view • Re-plan early with options when delivery reality diverges • Own the group's planning, review, demonstration, and retrospective operating rhythm • Identify and remove handoffs, queues, approval bottlenecks, and environment delays • Drive dependencies to resolution within the group and across neighboring teams • Make trade-offs explicit and drive prioritization decisions using data • Coach teams on story decomposition, vertical slicing, estimation, Definitions of Ready and Done, retrospective quality, and WIP discipline • Develop Scrum Masters and delivery leads • Ensure at least one retrospective improvement per cycle is tracked to closure • Measure flow and outcomes rather than activity • Orchestrate go-to-market for group launches • Own the release calendar and gates • Coordinate delivery and commercial tracks including marketing, sales, customer success, partner enablement, legal and privacy, clinical and compliance, implementation, and support • Help lead discovery of AI-enabled ways of working as AI reshapes agile structures, processes, metrics, and ceremonies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• No specific degree required; demonstrated practice is valued over credentials • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • 10+ years of experience in program, delivery, or technical project management • At least 7 years in software product development • Track record of orchestrating delivery across multiple teams toward a shared outcome and accountability for results across teams not directly managed • Ability to operate as a peer to product and engineering leadership, driving alignment through sound reasoning and visible trade-offs • Systems-level thinking • Fluency with flow metrics including cycle time, work in progress, throughput, blocked and wait time, predictability, and deployment frequency • Track record of using data to change how the system works • Experience carrying launches, including coordinating cross-functional go-to-market readiness alongside software delivery and piloted or staged rollouts • Comfort holding multiple plausible scenarios open under ambiguity and changing course based on evidence • Ability to teach the reasoning behind practices and assess team needs • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
