📋 Description

• Provide general support and assistance to the selected department • Work on special projects aligned with stated interests and career goals • Support the development, curation, organization, and distribution of instructional resources for staff, faculty, and students • Maintain training and attendance records • Input data and verify information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner • Create and organize analytical reports and presentations • Perform administrative and clerical duties and provide general office assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a current National University student • Must have completed a current FAFSA • Ability to work up to 25 hours per week with a varied schedule • Must be willing and able to handle material in a confidential manner • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent time management skills • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner • Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of diverse cultures • Adaptability to work independently within a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and frequently changing priorities
