📋 Description

• Provide high-quality reference and research support to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students • Support students through chat, text, phone, email, and virtual appointments • Assist students with research questions • Conduct one-on-one consultations • Support webinars and instructional sessions • Help create an exceptional online library experience that promotes student success • Support students' academic journeys through library services and research support

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Library Science (MLS/MLIS) from an ALA-accredited institution • 3+ years of professional librarian experience • Strong reference, research, and customer service skills • Experience in academic libraries and/or online library services preferred • Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills • Experience with Springshare LibAnswers is a plus • Availability Sunday through Thursday • Availability until 8:00 PM Pacific on Sundays • Availability until 9:00 PM Pacific Monday through Thursday • Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
