• Manage performance analytics for the eCommerce Unit • Identify trends and patterns in data • Deliver insights on customer behavior • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and leadership • Strategize and build eCommerce campaign analyses into actionable insights • Create dashboards tracking progress toward goal achievement • Adapt to emerging priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role that includes campaign execution, tracking, and reporting • 2-4 years of experience with process development, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting • Strong communication and organization skills • Strong skills with Excel and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field • Experience with Web Analytics, DOMO, Asana, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus
