📋 Description

• Create and complete property listings using information from multiple sources • Analyze and capture property information from clients' Web REST APIs • Copywrite, search for images, and enter data into property management systems, channel managers, and OTAs • Create, fulfill, and complete records in Guesty PMS • Write concise and engaging property descriptions • Research quality imagery to improve listing impact • Maintain Airbnb profiles and ensure Superhost compliance • Fulfill Airbnb amenities and applicable rules • Identify shared information between PMS and external distribution channels • Adapt to iCal and dynamic pricing tools when applicable • Validate submitted information on Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and other OTAs • Complete OTA registration and listing data-entry requirements • Follow listing creation priorities and communicate missing information • Report IT or software errors during listing creation • Track listing completion status • Perform quality assurance and improve existing and new listing content • Recommend photos highlighting unique advantages, rooms, views, surroundings, and nearby attractions • Identify and import features from successful external listings and travel agencies • Monitor strategic promotions on external OTAs and web portals • Review listings after distribution-channel or OTA changes • Translate listings between English and Spanish • Publish listings in Spanish and English when required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Travel, Hospitality, and Vacation Rentals Industries (Required) • Experience with Major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) (Required) • Property Management Systems (PMS) knowledge, ideally Guesty PMS (Preferred) • Understanding of JSON/XML data interchange formats (Preferred) • Working experience with interconnection systems in reservations management software (Preferred) • Own personal computer and/or laptop • Good internet infrastructure and connectivity • Smartphone • Strong PC literacy • Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, and similar communication tools • Ability to solve moderately complex problems using company policies and practices • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules • High school diploma or bachelor's degree • Excellent communication skills • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the US • Optimere is unable to sponsor visas
