📋 Description

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems • Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness • Review and correct discrepancies in entered data • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data • Work closely with team members to ensure data integrity • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines • Participate in regular training sessions on company protocols and data entry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields is a plus • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in a remote setting • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry software • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
