📋 Description

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, transferring project-related data into designated databases • Collaborate with the project team to ensure integrity and consistency of collected data • Follow data entry procedures and security measures to safeguard project data • Organize and maintain the project data management system for efficient access and retrieval • Generate data-related reports and summaries as needed • Contribute to a survey initiative on drivers' attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol and non-alcohol drug use • Support transportation safety and impaired-driving research for the U.S. Department of Transportation and NHTSA • Maintain accurate and secure project data • Meet project milestones and delivery schedules • Conduct duties in a competent, professional, ethical, and well-documented manner • Interact with clients and project stakeholders at all levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Additional education/coursework in data management preferred • Entry-level position with demonstrated aptitude for accurate data entry • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Proficiency in data entry techniques and software, particularly Microsoft Excel • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Effective communication abilities and collaborative mindset • Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports or journals • Ability to respond to internal and external client inquiries • Ability to write scopes of work, budget estimates, schedules, reports of findings, proposals, correspondence, and technical documents • Ability to present information effectively to top management, clients, public groups, and/or boards of directors • Clear vision and depth perception • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to interact and communicate with clients at all levels • Must understand and communicate in both written and spoken Spanish and English in the specialized field of Transportation Engineering • High level of analytical skills • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • U.S. Citizenship required • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Ideal proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Must pass applicable background checks and potentially drug testing • Visa sponsorship is not available
