• Support US Commercial Strategic Imperatives for the Johnson & Johnson Rare Disease portfolio • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs • Develop KOL profiles, engagement and communication plans, and validate commercial target lists • Monitor KOL insights into treatment patterns and provide input into business plans • Address customer service issues and coordinate cross-functional action plans • Liaise between KOLs and Johnson & Johnson for approved commercial activities • Attend and coordinate regional and national congresses • Identify speakers and coordinate KOL engagement activities • Facilitate and execute commercial advisory boards • Recruit KOLs for sales training, national sales meetings, content development, and commercial programs • Collaborate with Marketing to refine positioning, campaigns, strategies, and messaging • Align with Medical Science Liaisons on complementary initiatives • Identify, contract, and train qualified speakers • Assess program effectiveness, coach speakers, and monitor speaker utilization and logistics • Collaborate on speaker training content and workshops • Synthesize feedback for promotional programming, case studies, and commercial projects • Deliver education opportunities supporting Healthcare Providers in warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia disease management and treatment • Develop Academic Institution and Health System relationships to address policy, business, and formulary issues • Identify growth opportunities and risks and implement strategies • Build advocacy with Future Clinical Champions • Support corporate initiatives through tactical execution
• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required • At least 10 years of combined Hematology, Rare Disease, or other related industry experience • Minimum of 5 or more years of work experience in clinical liaison, thought leader management, key account management, or clinical sales • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding expectations • Demonstrated ability to lead teams directly and indirectly • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business situations and identify trends and creative business solutions • Strong scientific acumen and business mindset • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to large and small audiences • Exceptional organizational skills • Fluency in articulating complex scientific concepts and data • Good judgment and ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment • Ability to work well in large and small teams and remotely • Ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry laws, regulations, rules, and compliant Healthcare Provider interactions • Ability to travel 60%-70%
