📋 Description

• Ensure surgeon customers experience excellence and preference for the VELYS digital surgery portfolio • Complete onboarding training through “Stage Gates to Autonomy and Peer Review” within 90 days • Execute deep clinical knowledge of the VELYS digital surgery products, navigation hardware and software, connected patient and provider insights software, and DePuy Synthes total joint reconstruction implants • Facilitate customer experiences and build comfort and confidence for orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, and field sales during VELYS technology launches • Collaborate with Johnson & Johnson cross-functional partners to drive adoption and utilization • Provide clinical surgical support for VELYS robotic-assisted solution and hip navigation cases in the assigned territory, with occasional nationwide travel • Support VELYS, VHN HUB, DePuy Synthes adult reconstruction products, and marketing at society events • Partner with sales, professional education, and commercial education to establish and achieve annual goals • Lead and manage change through Credo-based leadership behaviors • Influence employees at all organizational levels • Build relationships and credibility with surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders through external engagements • Foster collaboration and drive results in a matrixed organization without direct authority • Contribute to cross-functional projects and achieve key goals • Uphold professionalism, ethics, compliance, applicable laws, regulations, policies, and the Johnson & Johnson Business Code of Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or 3 years of total joint sales or clinical experience • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills • Ability to independently manage time and priorities effectively • Maintain company compliance with Johnson & Johnson Credo • Interest in medical devices, software, hospital IT, and video technology • Willingness to travel up to 75% • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations • Preferred: in-depth knowledge of anatomy and robotic arthroplasty • Preferred: strong clinical experience in an OR environment • Preferred: extensive hands-on clinical experience with robotic surgery • Preferred: previous experience in portfolio management or marketing for joint reconstruction and trauma
