Therakos Institute is the professional education and resources arm of Therakos (Therakos LLC) focused on supporting healthcare professionals who use the THERAKOS CELLEX photopheresis system and UVADEX (methoxsalen) sterile solution. The site and Institute provide clinical information, operator training, patient identification guidance, prescribing resources for extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP), customer support, and access/navigation help for treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and related photopheresis procedures. Content is intended for US healthcare professionals and emphasizes safety, prescribing information, and operator competence for use of the THERAKOS device and associated drug.

📋 Description

• Provide education, phone support, and training for Therakos products, onsite in the field and remotely • Gather and report field competitor information • Respond to medical device therapeutic questions from Health Care Providers (HCPs) • Interact with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Specialists, Technical Service, Medical, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Legal, and commercial teams • Contribute to Pharmacovigilance activities, including complaint capture of adverse events (AEs) • Assist in developing tools and resources for training and education programs • Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and creation of clinical research papers • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal projects and provide Congress support • Document customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and meet objectives • Maintain full compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and an active professional license (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN)) • Strong scientific and clinical acumen • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong interpersonal, team, and communication skills • Understanding of both the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries • Preference for this role to be based in the following States within the Territory: CO, NM, TX, KS, OK, AR, LA • Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis or dialysis • Preferably 2 years of clinical education and training experience and/or management experience • Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) required
