📋 Description

• Mentor, develop, and lead a team toward sales objectives for Dermatology products in the Janssen Biotech, Inc. portfolio • Strategically shape the business while operating within an assigned budget • Execute district vision and create team culture • Manage representative performance and develop and motivate people and teams • Demonstrate core product clinical attributes • Build valuable customer relationships and achieve sales quota • Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree • A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States • Ability to travel up to 60% • Reside within the geography or within close proximity (less than 30 miles) or be willing to relocate to the geography • Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience selling FDA-approved pharmaceutical or device products to licensed healthcare professionals • Preferred: Participation and/or completion of a J&J Management Development Program or prior management experience in lieu of FLDP or DMPP • Preferred: Management and/or supervisory experience • Preferred: Knowledge/experience in Dermatology and/or Immunology • Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI • Preferred: Experience building team AI literacy and confidence • Ability to lead and develop a sales team
