📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of customer-driven district strategy and coordinated district business plan • Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation execution • Provide field-based and virtual coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and territory business planning • Drive demand generation leadership across multiple settings and lead demand generation and care transitions execution within local community hospitals as applicable • Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical information and relevant Neuroscience portfolio guidelines and coach the team on appropriate customer application • Analyze district performance, market dynamics, and execution inputs to identify gaps and opportunities and convert insights into priorities and actions • Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver coordinated execution and improve customer experience • Set performance and behavioral expectations, address gaps, and reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team effectiveness • Adhere to healthcare compliance policies and guidelines and reinforce accountability across the team • Use approved AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, opportunity identification, and performance insights while maintaining privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography • Experience driving cross-functional alignment, removing barriers, and mobilizing resources to achieve shared district outcomes • Experience gaining commitment and action through guided leadership, setting clear expectations, and leading teams through change with accountability and empathy • Experience conducting structured coaching with clear development objectives, timely feedback, and follow-up leading to sustained improvement • Experience providing ongoing feedback and creating learning and development opportunities • Experience translating business goals and data into actionable district plans, priorities, and execution expectations • Experience using performance data and insights to identify gaps, make decisions, and coach others, including approved AI-enabled tools while maintaining privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment • Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area preferred • Experience with large account management and access and reimbursement dynamics preferred • Prior direct people management experience preferred • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI preferred • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence preferred
