📋 Description

• Own US site-level operational delivery for assigned sites • Lead and coordinate local trial team activities in compliance with SOPs, procedures, and regulations • Lead local project planning for recruitment targets, high-quality data, timelines, and study budget • Develop local trial-specific procedures and tools, recruitment plans, contingency and risk management, and budget forecasts • Provide leadership oversight and mentoring to Local Operations Managers • Shape US trial operational strategy and integrate site insights into global feasibility and startup planning • Serve as primary US operational interface to global trial leadership • Monitor country-level operational KPIs and identify systemic risks and mitigation strategies • Escalate complex site contracting, operational, and recruitment issues • Represent US local operations at investigator or study coordinator meetings and governance forums • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned protocols and develop therapeutic knowledge • Represent Oncology Site Enablement on cross-functional teams when needed • Elevate US site insights to inform global decision-making and continuous improvement • Assume Champion or Subject Matter Expert initiatives and lead country, Delivery Unit, or global process initiatives • Travel approximately 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trial operations, trial management, site management, or clinical monitoring • Significant experience in complex, high-priority, or multi-site trials • Oncology trial operations experience strongly preferred • In-depth understanding of clinical development and end-to-end trial delivery • Expertise in feasibility, startup strategy, enrollment execution, quality oversight, and closeout • Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, inspection readiness, and compliance management • Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections • Leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding Local Operations Managers or site-facing roles • Ability to lead through influence, resolve escalations, and drive cross-functional and global alignment • Experience with country-level or trial-level operational strategy, site selection, enrollment forecasting, and risk mitigation planning • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret country- and site-level KPIs and implement corrective actions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local country language and English • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays and investigator and governance meetings • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a complex, fast-changing clinical development environment
