📋 Description

• Manage assigned procure-to-pay (P2P) transactions from start to finish • Process requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier data updates using ERP and procurement systems • Evaluate routine purchasing scenarios, supplier requests, and data issues • Maintain accurate supplier and transactional data • Resolve procurement exceptions, identify root causes, and escalate complex or higher-risk matters • Support end users with procurement processes, system usage, and purchasing requirements • Identify recurring issues and process gaps • Contribute ideas to improve procedures, job aids, and workflow efficiency • Follow procurement controls, approval requirements, and service-level expectations • Support accurate and compliant purchasing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 4+ years of experience performing procurement, purchasing, or operational transaction processing in a corporate or shared services environment • 2+ years of experience working with ERP or procurement systems to process requisitions, purchase orders, or supplier data • 4+ years of experience following documented procedures and controls to ensure transaction accuracy and compliance • Preferred: 5+ years of experience supporting procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, including guided buying or purchase order processing • Preferred: 3+ years of experience providing frontline end-user support in an operations or service-based environment • Preferred: 3+ years of experience working in a regulated or policy-driven environment • Must directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process • Subject to a thorough background check for new hires • Must comply with applicable enterprise policies, procedures, laws, and regulations • Responsible for reporting suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
