• Support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in operational management of a strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and employer groups. • Partner with the Client Growth & Success team to support consistent execution across the employer portfolio. • Manage recurring operational processes, calendars, trackers, and documentation. • Maintain accurate employer and program-level information, including selections, renewal status, effective dates, and contacts. • Prepare and distribute recurring notifications and communications. • Identify missing information, deadlines, process gaps, and outstanding actions; drive follow-through to resolution. • Maintain a source of truth across Salesforce and internal tracking tools. • Coordinate recurring, ad hoc, and cross-functional reporting; review data for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate annual renewals and program selections for employer groups. • Track renewals, program additions, changes, terminations, decisions, risks, and delays. • Design and maintain trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility. • Coordinate cross-functional action items, operating procedures, workflows, templates, and tools. • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recurring processes. • Support health plan meetings and internal reviews. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• 1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a related role. • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including managing recurring processes, high volumes of detail, and multiple data sources. • Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and follow-through. • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive and resourceful, with ability to identify gaps, anticipate needs, and drive work through completion. • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority. • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plans, or employee benefits preferred. • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), JIRA, and Zendesk preferred. • Applicants must be based in the U.S. • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must not require employer sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship of an employment visa.
