📋 Description

• Execute and manage managed service operations for site locations within the assigned territory • Maintain operational strategy, contractual compliance, site performance, and service excellence standards • Support account expansion and renewals • Lead employee selection, development, succession planning, customer experience, and site profit objectives • Promote recruiting and selection processes to attract and hire talent • Arrange assignments, training, and development experiences • Build relationships with account stakeholders and end users • Directly manage Managed Services employees within the territory • Monitor, evaluate, and recognize employee performance • Address performance issues and establish improvement plans • Empower teams to solve problems and facilitate process improvements • Identify training and development needs and drive succession planning • Conduct operational analysis, improve efficiency through automation, and address service delivery gaps • Execute managed services initiatives using program tools and best practices • Conduct site certifications and drive continuous improvement • Assist with implementation of new or expanding sites • Engage with onboarding support processes including order management, billing, technology services, and professional services • Capture and supply customer-required reporting data • Lead teams through change management and project management • Conduct site visits and gather end-user feedback to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction • Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability • Provide data for reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews • Partner with cross-functional account team members • Manage customer escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution • Manage Ricoh Service Excellence implementation • Ensure On-Site Managers meet quality and productivity standards • Maintain knowledge of services, solutions, and product service offerings • Identify and validate new opportunities and ensure timely execution • Ensure account and site profitability • Validate billing data and maintain contractual and financial compliance • Inspect accounts receivable status and coordinate month-end closing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree is preferred • 5-7 years of multi-site operations management experience in a role with direct client contact in a professional business setting in facilities management or related outsourcing industry • Successful completion of all Site Manager Level training is required for internal candidates • Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy • Strong leadership capabilities, solid technical acumen, and an IT-focused skillset • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows • Strong team approach and successful track record motivating and managing staff • Good customer service, presentation, and communication skills • Strong command of the Ricoh portfolio and ability to position services and solutions to meet customer needs • Personal vehicle required
