📋 Description

• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed forecasts in the assigned territory • Call on healthcare professional offices and mental health community centers in person and virtually • Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives • Customize customer discussions and interactions based on customer needs • Maintain knowledge of local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers • Share market and customer insights with internal stakeholders • Provide input on regional resource allocation • Select appropriate programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems • Develop local business plans with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders • Implement strategic plans and capitalize on formulary approvals and business opportunities • Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales Specialists and share best practices • Manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses accurately and timely • Build business plans based on customer needs, resources, and products • Complete required company and job-related training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military • Three-plus years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred • Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Strong desire and passion for improving patients’ and caregivers’ lives • High integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures • Self-motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making judgment, teaming/collaboration, and cross-functional skills • Proven success learning and adapting in an evolving environment • Ability to adapt to changing telemedicine/virtual environments • Ability to analyze data and metrics, assess objectives, diagnose performance issues, and identify opportunities • Experience establishing customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences • Ability to work meetings outside normal hours • Ability to undertake overnight and periodic domestic travel • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
