📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists • Prioritize opportunities and secure and apply resources to improve results • Develop and execute aligned business plans supporting business and brand strategies • Deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop optimal access and effective operating networks • Coach partners to build alignment and achieve customer-centric, company-responsible outcomes • Set account goals and objectives • Lead development and provide oversight of account metrics and business performance • Ensure responsibilities adhere to the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience • A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry • Prior people management experience • Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel
