📋 Description

• Manage a large clinical team and its strategic and tactical operations • Ensure achievement of business results and high regard for patient care and outcomes • Translate and support the organization’s mission, vision, goals, and strategies for the field clinical team • Ensure field team effectiveness through 1:1 field travel and coaching • Manage clinical outcomes by applying best practices and ABIOMED clinical training • Manage and support patient implant coverage and customer communication • Ensure employee and customer competency through clinical team development, retention, and performance management • Manage clinical team recruitment and build a recruiting bench • Manage effective utilization of Per Diems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred • Clinical certification required • 7+ years of related experience in cardiology required • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred or related Abiomed experience • Experience in interventional cardiology required • Experience in a commercial environment required • Sales experience preferred • Ability to travel 50%–70% regularly within the region required • Overnight travel required • Ability to conduct duties in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry required
