📋 Description

• Install, service, and repair medical device equipment in external facilities to support the sales team and customers • Function as a primary resource for stakeholders • Provide frequent status updates and documented service reports to stakeholders • Complete on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities to factory specifications • Identify problems and recommend resolutions for existing products and procedures • Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive service • Work closely with colleagues for knowledge and skills transfer • Maintain trunk inventory and preserve calibrated test equipment and other electronic devices • Assist in the development of equipment maintenance • Document and report field service activities and promote process improvements • Conduct new product evaluations • Participate in generating technical bulletins and basic operations and service procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience • At least 4 years experience working with providing technical service for medical device equipment • Technical proficiency on one or more product line modalities • Ability to operate and maintain a corporate vehicle • Able to lift or move 50lbs • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time • Ability to utilize hand tools and electronic test equipment to repair medical lasers and other medical devices • Ability to acclimate to modified schedules
