📋 Description

• Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs to patients with MSK conditions • Perform virtual fitness or wellness assessments • Develop individualized fitness or wellness plans based on patient goals and clinical guidelines • Monitor patient progress, adapt programs, and provide education and motivation • Collaborate digitally with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and privacy standards • Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and the digital platform • Stay current with best practices in MSK care and telehealth delivery • Support and interact with patients as an integral member of the care team • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field • Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS or equivalent • Experience in MSK rehabilitation, injury prevention, or chronic pain management • Strong communication skills with a client-centered, empathetic approach • Comfortable using digital health platforms, video calls, and clinical software • Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Experience working in a virtual or startup healthcare environment preferred • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred • Competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth • Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely using digital tools • Experience administering physical therapy techniques delivered digitally • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and ability to design innovative solutions • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States • High-speed internet access with excellent bandwidth • Workspace ensuring patient privacy in a virtual environment, both visual and auditory • Ability to regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard • Close vision ability due to computer work
