📋 Description

• Lead the Global Security technology strategy and landscape • Craft Global Security’s technology strategy • Manage projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities globally • Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals • Drive system modernization and platform optimization • Oversee delivery of security technology solutions on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements • Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms • Manage vendors and service providers • Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies • Demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms • Experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery • Understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management • English required • Willingness to travel up to 10–20%, primarily domestically • Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations • Preferred: demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives • Preferred: strong change-management and communication skills
