📋 Description

• Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians, interventional cardiologists, and laboratory staff • Provide clinical product assistance and training on AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters • Train physicians and EP lab staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including CARTO®, CARTOSOUND™, CARTOMERGE™, and Stockert RF generator • Educate customers on electrophysiology products, effective usage, and best practices • Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities • Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers • Plan and schedule customer case support • Collaborate with regional teams, Territory Managers, EP Clinical Account Specialists, Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists, Marketing, Field Service Engineers, Regional Business Directors, and other partners • Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues • Build and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital staff • Stay current on product instructions for use, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information • Respond to requests in high-stress environments and formulate solutions through diagnostic dialogue • Mentor new electrophysiology commercial team members • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience • A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab • Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography • Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge • Maintain clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging • Technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape • Willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice • Ability to work in a hospital laboratory setting, attend live patient cases, wear protective gear, work variable hours, and sit for extended periods • May be required to lift up to 60 lbs • Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry experience strongly preferred • CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS certification strongly preferred • Experience with highly complex technical systems and/or critical patient care settings strongly preferred
