📋 Description

• Deliver technical expertise as part of the Professional Services team for C•CURE Access Control Systems • Support implementation services and training for Software House and American Dynamics platforms • Contribute to system design, migrations, upgrades, and product feature implementation • Provide client and dealer training and ongoing technical support • Deploy, configure, and optimize enterprise security platforms for stable and secure operation • Deliver technical sessions remotely and on-site for customers, dealers, and integrators • Configure environments for hands-on training, testing, and migration activities • Partner with Sales and system integrators to understand project requirements and demonstrate product capabilities • Support professional services engagements and minimize disruption during implementation activities • Develop best practices and custom solutions for unique customer requirements • Document technical details, capture requirements, and translate customer needs into workable solutions • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and professionalism • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, dealers, system integrators, and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • Strong background in Information Technology • Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL is highly desirable • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently with attention to detail • Ability to collaborate at all levels within Johnson Controls and client organizations • Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% of the time within the United States • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, SQL databases, and presentation software • Experience in the Physical Security industry preferred • Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics Victor platforms preferred
