📋 Description

• Develop executive social strategies for the CEO, CFO, CHRO and other senior leaders • Serve as a trusted adviser to executives and chiefs of staff • Write posts, articles, comments and short-form video scripts in distinct executive voices • Interview leaders to capture authentic perspectives • Translate company news, business results, customer milestones and leadership viewpoints into social content • Own a unified editorial calendar across executives • Manage scheduling, publishing, account administration, agency or freelance support, and coordination with company channels and employee advocacy programs • Manage Legal, Investor Relations and Disclosure Committee review and approval paths • Protect material nonpublic information and observe quiet periods and blackout windows • Monitor conversations, escalate emerging issues, prepare approved holding statements and coordinate executive social responses • Manage comments and community engagement and coordinate organic or approved paid amplification • Define and report reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment, share of voice and employer-brand/talent-attraction contribution • Use performance insights to improve content, timing and executive social strategies • Maintain secure account access, multi-factor authentication and delegated permissions • Document executive voice guides, workflows and records, and maintain trained backup coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in social media, executive communications, corporate communications, journalism or a related field, including experience writing for senior executives • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to write authentically in different leaders’ voices • Portfolio, PDF samples or links demonstrating experience creating social media content and thought leadership for senior executives • Working knowledge of disclosure and compliance considerations for public-company executives, including Regulation FD, quiet periods and material nonpublic information • Hands-on command of social media management, analytics and listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite and LinkedIn analytics • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, exercise sound judgment and operate calmly in fast-moving or high-visibility situations • Demonstrated strength in executive partnership, business storytelling, data-informed decision-making, editorial planning and disciplined execution • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and sound disclosure and reputational judgment • Preferred: Experience managing social media for a C-suite leader at a large, global public company • Preferred: Background in B2B, industrial, technology or building-technology sectors • Preferred: Experience with issues and crisis communications, LinkedIn thought leadership, employee advocacy and paid amplification • Preferred: Fluency with AI-enabled drafting and workflow tools, supported by strong human review, governance and authenticity safeguards • Preferred: Experience with content creation and design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or similar platforms
