📋 Description

• Own Littlebird's social presence end-to-end • Set social media strategy and build operating systems • Manage the content calendar across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram • Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels • Create platform-native content • Track performance, interpret results, and adjust strategy • Manage people and contractors • Coordinate with product marketing and demand generation • Align published content with broader marketing objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social media marketing, with at least some of that in a senior or lead capacity • Experience on a team that scaled a consumer brand's social presence • Proven ability to set strategy across multiple platforms and own the results • Strong writing skills and ability to create platform-native content independently • Ability to produce basic social creative using tools like Canva or Figma • Experience managing people or contractors • Analytical mindset and ability to identify important metrics and act on them • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, async environment
