📋 Description

• Provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience • Review patient intake and conduct the initial patient interaction • Discuss the scientific principles of obesity • Prescribe appropriate weight-loss therapy based on Calibrate clinical protocols • Utilize and support the detailed clinical treatment paradigm for obese patients • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team • Integrate coaching and curriculum for lifestyle support • Help patients achieve meaningful, lasting weight-health results through telehealth

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties) • Active, unrestricted license in at least two of: Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, or Ohio • Active, unrestricted license in one or more of IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, WY • Must follow state regulations for collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as required by each state of practice • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong virtual “bedside” manner • Availability to work shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST • Minimum 10 hours of availability per week, up to 40 hours
