📋 Description

• Provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience • Review patient intake and provide the initial patient interaction • Discuss the scientific principles of obesity • Prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy based on Calibrate clinical protocols • Utilize and support Calibrate’s detailed clinical treatment paradigm for obese patients • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered obesity care integrating coaching and lifestyle support • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team • Help patients achieve meaningful, lasting weight-loss and metabolic health results • Work in Calibrate’s telehealth care model

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties) • Active, unrestricted license in CT, DC, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, RI, VT, or VA • Must be licensed in MA or NC • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong virtual “bedside” manner • Availability for shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST • Minimum 10 hours of availability per week, up to 40 hours • Must follow state regulations for collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as required by each state of licensure
