• Lead the treatment team alongside providers, care navigators, and administrators • Manage and further develop clinical skills and knowledge related to the clinical service model • Adhere to Groups Recovery System and provide consistent, high-quality counseling activities • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals’ appropriateness for the program • Complete assigned clinical assessments each day • Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals • Liaise with outside parties involved in members’ treatment and coordinate with Care Navigators • Document members’ progress using the custom EMR • Partner with providers to evaluate treatment appropriateness for each member • Manage compliance activities associated with admission requirements and documentation • Participate in required internal and external training • Document care coordination needs handled by Care Navigators • Represent the treatment team in discussions about difficult members • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Required licensure or certification: LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT, with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting • Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, email, software, mobile apps, and Google Apps • Deep investment in member success • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and accountability • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships • Ability to make objective clinical decisions demonstrating sound judgment and reflecting Groups Recovery System and harm reduction philosophy • Commitment to high ethical standards • Team-oriented approach • Reliable internet and telephone services, including download speeds over 40 Mbps, upload speeds over 10 Mbps, and a strong WiFi signal from the remote work location
